from your description you have an air lock. You stated thermostat changed, I presume you just filled up radiator popped cap on and thought that was it?
Well you need to park on level ground, whilst cold remove cap start engine leave to idle until operating temp, keep clear of coolant filler as hopefully it will gurgle, bubble up and flow over then you need to top up with very warm water and anti freeze.
Wait as it may do it again before settling as the air lock will possibly be in your heater Matrix/Core hence cold air.
Good luck and please remember to rate this effort.

No heat or ac

Is it the original thermostat? You'll find some have an open switch and some a closed switch? What vehicle is it? Make sure it's the original switch and that the fuse didn't blow when you replaced it as sometime the cable can touch and short out.

I have no heat in my car....

that has just about nothing to do with the thermostat.

Google search for "fuse diagram" and "relay diagram" and add in the year, make, model of your car.

that will show you where the fuses and relays are located that control the heater.

I've changed the thermostat on my 1995 cadi and it still over heats. What could it be?

Radiator fan not working. Water sensor. Bad radiator. Fan fuse. No power to d fan. Etc.

No heat we changed thermostat heater core wondering if there are fuses or relays that could be involved

Remove rad cap start vehicle be sure engine antifreeze is full. After running for 5-10 minutes you should see air bubbles rising nonce they stop close cap you should have heat.If you do not perhaps you might consider removing the thermostat to make sure the spring side of thermostat is facing the engine and not the thermostat housing.

My Honda Accord is over heating

Check the cooling fans. Relays and fuses are located in the engine bay fuse box.

Hi my rangerover heater is blowing out cold, everything else is working just the heater isnt...

Most likely your thermostat has failed and is stuck open. Engine coolant goes through the heater core and is used to heat the air that is blown into the cabin. If the thermostat fails, the coolant doesn't stay inside the engine long enough to absorb enough heat to make the climate control air blow hot. Change your thermostat (flush the coolant and have it replaced while you do this), and you should be back in business.

if one radiator hose gets hot and the other doesnt, the the thermostat is shot, but you said you replaced it, it is possible the thermostat has been put in backwards
