I think you are refering to your sway bar and if so then you may need new sway links, there is two clamps with bushings so car will have to be supported in air with wheels pulled then remove swaylink fastening nuts and inner clamp bolts for the bar, then remove it thru one of the wheel wells

Remove the rad support cover, remove the electric cooling fan and shroud, disconnect the tranny cooler lines, drain the cooling system, remove the upper and lower hoses, remove the rad brackets on top of the rad (one on each side), have someone hold the AC core out of the way and carefully slide the radiator up and out

look on the back of the sleeve the serpentine belt came in...it should have multiple diagrams showing the setup you just have to choose the one for your engine. to replace unbolt the back of the alternator remove the belt and work backwards to install belt.

you have to pull on the belt to get give from the tensioner unless you have the required tool... it makes it A LOT easier but nothing a little elbow grease cannot handle

SOURCE: po443 code 2002 ford taurus

That code is for the Evaporative Emissions. It could be a bad Evaporative Emissions Canister Valve or just a bad vacuum line or my granddaughter's 1997 Ford Escort had that code and her gas cap was NOT on. Now when you figure out what one it is disconnect the battery for 10 minutes to reset the computer.

If it has trunk lid supports they may need to be replaced. If it uses a torsion bar under the back window it may be bent.

Torsion bar banging sounds when traveling on moderately rough roads.

The torsion bars have rubber insulators, or mounts that are located on the frame crossmember. These mounts are prone to seperate or break.
Good luck
