A big fistful of dollars, and that probably not enough. Check if the frame got bent. That would be added expense for a shop to force frame back into proper position. If all just cosmetic damage, whew, still expensive. Have a shop give you an estimate, and go from there.

When going round a sweeping right hand bend the back end tries to swing out.also on uneven roads thre is excesive bounce and roll.

You didn't say what model and year the vehicle is. Check the rear sway bar end links. They connect the two rear wheels together and act to push the wheel down towards the ground in a turn. If either of the links are broken, then the whole system is compromised.

Excessive bounce of rear end.

Actually, these are struts, and you need two new ones. You do not have an air suspension unless someone added one.

You will need a spring compressor to replace. The replacement struts can be bought for around $200 (ea) fully assembled, you can but the strut only (without springs or mounts) and take it and the old strut to a shop ($15.00 a strut to change spring and mount), or you can have them do the whole thing.

Knocking in back right of my Jeep Grand Cherokee '02

I would check and see if your lug nuts are all tight before I drove it again. Lug nut should be check within the first 50 miles after a tire removal. But your right, could just be a loose shock, or your spare tire, if it is hung under the rear of your vehicle.

99 Deville rear air shocks not working.

This is an expensive repair sometimes and you may want to replace this system with inflatable air bags that fit inside the rear coil springs and then are inflated. I think they cost about $80.00 or $120.00 depending on the car.

Need Repair Advice On Rear Aciddent to my 93' Grand Cherokee

Try taking it to a body shop and see if they can give you a free estimate on the cost of repair, then its up to you. A 93 Jeep GC is not going to be worth a whole lot to a buyer, but if you plan on keeping the Jeep it may be worth the cost.  That is a personal decision that you will have to make, based on finances, income, and when you plan on getting a newer vehicle.  Just get the estimate first, see if they can repair it to the point that it works, but not necessarily looking like new.  Best of luck!

a few options one is to get one second hand from the wreckers or a brand new unpainted one from suzuki that will bring your cost down cheaper again if you take it off and carefully heat up the rear of the spot with damage and bit by bit push it back out
