SOURCE: where is the iat sensor on my 2005 dodge ram 2500

Hi there:

If your truck has a 3.7L or a 4.7L engine it is on the right side of the air box just on the engine end of the flexable rubber boot that extends from the right fender. If it is a SRT it is located in the rubber boot that extends from the front of the truck on the left hand side of the boot just before it connects to the engine.

Hope this helps
Farrout!

SOURCE: locating the iat sensor on a chevy tahoe 2008

Yes. That is exactly it. The Air Intake Temp Sensor is built into the Mass Air Flow Sensor on the Air Filter Box. Below is a picture...

I personally have not connected one of these Chips to a Tahoe...What I can provide you with, is the Connector Diagram so you know exactly what Wires you need to Splice in to. See below...

You can find the intake air temp sensor on those engines at the right front of the intake manifold just behind the alternator. It goes into the manifold at an angle and should be in plain sight.

SOURCE: 2007 dodge Ram 1500 hemi fuel cap sensor comes on

I have the same problem. It started with engine code 0440 (evap system malfunction). I changed the gas cap and now getting the "loose cap" light plus the 0456 (evap leak very small) and 0457 (gas cap loose/off)

Anyone know where the sensor is located?
