1998 dodge grand caravan 3.0 liter

Just replaced spark plugs and gaped them to .044. was runnig decent before but but now it sputters and stalls.

Are the plug wires routed to the same plug position that they were before you put plug in it and did you by chance install new plug wires because you may have possibly fractured or broke the thin wire or spark plug connection spring inside the plug wire boot. please let me know

Have you done a recent tune up? If so you could have crossed plug wires, a bad spark plug that could be improperly gaped or not tightened down all the way. Please add more details as to if it is doing this at idle or under drive or at all times and whether any work was done recently or if at all within any time in the last few years such as oil changes and tune ups.

My 1998 Dodge Caravan is giving me ses codes 300 301


P0300 is a multicylinder misfire code and p0301 is a cylinder no. 3 msfire code. Check your spark plugs and plug wires.

Check MAP sensor. If PCM gets wrong data from MAP sensor it should offset ignition timing and/or make fuel mixture too lean or too rich.
