If more than one light on the same side do not work, check grounds in the rear, most of the time the left and right sides use different grounding points. As for the Body control module, i doubt the problem is there, as there would probably more than just that going wrong if it was faulty. The BCM (body control module) is usually located under front seats, or hidden in the dash somewhere. I would like to be more precise on location, but we don't have ford galaxys in my country. Well... not any 2007 galaxys anyway, only 1970s and older. :P
If you are refering to the 40 Amp "CIGAR" fuse under the left rear seat, this is the "main" fuse for the lighters. There are 2 more in the engine compartment fuse block. They are marked "C/LTR 1" and C/LTR 2". They are both 20 Amp fuses.
Refer to your owners manuel to find out where the fuse box is located for the Signals. Check all fuses if all the fuses are good then and make sure the bulbs are all working. If both of these are fine you may need to ckeck the relays a small black box next to the fuses. Comes out just like a fuse but no way to see if it has gone bad you have to get a new relay and replace it with the new one. Check each time you replace the relay to see if this is the source of the problem.
If the fuses are good and the front and rear bulbs are good, change the flasher for the turn signals, even tho the right is working. If that doesn't fix the problem, it might be in the turn sgnal switch on the steering column.
If both bulbs are good for the backup lights and fuses are good, then the backup light switch, which is screwed into the side of the transmission has to bad.
U most likely blew a fuse, replace it, if the fuse goes again check the wiring to the radio refer to this wiring chart for color difinitions of radio wiring.
