need to know where the - moz-screenshot.jpgThe FPR is located on the driver's side of the engine, it has a vacuum hose going to it and is held on with a spring clamp similar to AC connector clamp.

Usually they are connected to the fuel rail.

Have a 96 tahoe 5.7 replaced the fuel pump, harness, filter and relay got it to work again now it isnt getting fuel to the plugs is it possible the injectors have gone bad?

Fuel Injectors possible, however the problem may actually be with the Fuel Injector Pressure Regulator.
Before deciding if it is the Fuel Injectors Check this first. This could be clogged or malfunctioning.
The Fuel Injector Pressure Regulator is available at:
(NO! I do not work for either store/company)
Autozone Part #800-315 for around $45.
Advance Auto Part #217-3074 for around $90.
Advance Auto Part #23043 for around $46.
Adavance Auto REBUILD KIT Item #9710 for around $29.

1996 2-door Chevy Tahoe won't start.

On the driverside of the engine towards the back of the intake your fuel lines run there. you will see a black cap that covers the fuel pressure test port. you will need to get a pressure tester if you do not have one. it will screw onto the fitting there. your pressure should be 40 to 60 psi. as for the fuel pump it is located in the fuel tank. it is the fuel module. it contains the fuel pump and sending unit. I hope this helps.
