I think the P0107 is the root cause of the problem.
P0300 is a random engine misfire on all cylinders.

Possible causes - Faulty spark plug (s)
- Faulty ignition coil (s)
- Ignition coils harness is open or shorted
- Ignition coils poor electrical connection
- Clogged or faulty fuel injectors
- Injectors harness is open or shorted
- Injectors poor electrical connection
- Improper spark plugs
- Insufficient cylinders compression
- Incorrect fuel pressure
- Intake air leak
P0107 Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit Low Input.
Possible causes - Manifold Absolute Pressure harness is open or shorted
- Manifold Absolute Pressure sensor poor electrical circuit connector
- Faulty Manifold Absolute Pressure sensor
- Faulty Powertrain Control Module (PCM) or Engine Control Module
(ECM)

Vehicle starts fine but won't stay running

Do you have a Service Engine light on? If so, then you need to check codes. If it will drive to an auto part store most will hook up a code reader for free. If it wont make it to one, many part stores have a loan-a-tool program.
Also, check the fuel pressure. It should be about 60-66psi. If the fuel filter has not been changed it may need to be done.
A back pressure gauge would be ideal but if one is not handy, look at the catalytic convertor. On the engienside where exhaust goes in, does it look dark as if severly burned from too much back pressure.

And after it dies, does it restart fine? If not check and see if you're missing fuel or spark.
You may also take your ignition module to an Auto Zone. They can test them for free. A faulty module can be intermitent. It also comunicates with the computer to control the fuel injectors.

I have a 2000 gmc sierra. it has a number 7 cylinder missfire. iv changed the plugs, wires, and coil. i have good comprression and good fuel pressure. wut could b the problem

Check the fuel injector to that cylinder for power and ground, its best to use a noid light to check for proper firing. It would likely be plugged, no power or internally open electrically and not opening the injector to fire. See if you get it scanned at a parts retailer for better diagnosis. If its easy to access, remove it and swap with the fuel injector next to it. If the misfire changes to Cyl #5 then you know its no good.

Engine misses after warms up

Hi:
engine misfires are usually not caused by injectors or fuel pumps, but usually by a bad coil or ignition module. You can have your vehicle's computer scanned for free at an auto parts store, and it will retrieve stored codes to help you solve your problem.

My van shut dawn when start why do that?

I`m having the same problem with mine 4.3 vortec CMFI . I have narrowed it down to three things (i believe). #1 Fuel pressure regulator. #2 Power Train Control Module #3 Deep inside the injector ?-- Have to start taking engine apart from the top. Answer #1 40 dollars Answer #2 approx. 150 - 450 These two are parts only. Answer #3 How deep are your pockets? Remember if you Buy a PCM and connect it and it is not your problem you can not take it back.

Fuel problems with GMC truck

Fuel gets pressure from the pump, but if the injector or injectors don't "fire," the fuel won't pass. This can be tested with a noid light plugged into the injector harness. It's a good possibility that the ignition module is bad. It's located under the distibutor cap, or under coil packs on newer versions. Some parts stores can test modules for you.

Had to have fuel pump replaced on my 2000 Safari Van

You need to find the psi ratings for the pump you have and see if it matches the pressure specs for a 2000 GMC Safari pump. The parts store you purchased it from( or any parts store) should be able to look up that info on his merchandise

It is part of the fuel injector inside of the intake manifold. You have to replace the Injector Assembly which is called the "Fuel Meter Body Assembly"
