I need to find a diagram of 99 durango transmission i want to replace the sensor and have no idea where to look

    Have no diagram of the kind u request, but if u know what sensor perhaps I can help u locate it.

You can take you vin # to your local dodge dealership and they can print you out a diagram of all of your diagrams

My 99 Durango was not starting all the time I replaced the ignition switch now the check lights don't come on when you turn ignition won't start I hear the starter pinion engaging what could be wrong

You did something wrong , maybe . Hooked it up wrong . Without looking at it and checking a wiring diagram and doing some electrical testing anyone on here would only be guessing . Your best bet would be have a qualified repair shop look at it . And a intermittent no start would probably becaused by a park neutral safety switch problem . If you have a automatic transmission .

Where is the crankshaft sensor on my '99 durango 5.2 4x4?

i had the same problem on my 99. the senor is located in the rear differential on top. speed was off, doors would not lock at speed,(15 mph) mileage comp was off, etc. sensor fixed all. good luck

Sounds like the metal shield between motor and transmission it happen to my durango I thought it w as torx converter bolt coming loose It was my flex plate bent

99 dodge durango is skipping 2nd gear replaced pressure sensor and selinoid still skipping

You may have a problem on the valve for the second gear. Ot could be clogged by debris and may need cleaning or may need replacing.

Check the thermostat, and clean or replace the idle air control valve, replace the ball joints, replace the plugs and plug wiresthis should correct the problem.
