needs the throttle body cleaned and Idle Air Control solenoid either cleaned or replaced, would have the Throttle Position Sensor looked at also when the TB is cleaned.

Starter went out replaced it, then truck would turn over but upon releasing the key it just dies as if no fuel. Has fuel, pump coming on, has spark, I have replaced the intake( which is made of plasti),...

Check the Camshaft Position Sensor or the Crankshaft Position Sensor. Those are the modern day Distributor Caps of the 21st Century, if neither of them are working the ECM (Computer) does not know what position the Crankshaft is in so it will not be able to start your motor.,

Just replaced fuel pump.. Truck still wont start... Making weird noise around throttle position sensor.. could this be the reason it won't start? I do have fuel pressure.

Theres nothing in a Throttle Position Sensor that can make noise. What is the fuel pressure? it has to be above 55psi to run.

My idol sits around 100-300 RPM

your idle should be around 750 to 850 in park or neutral
i don't know how it even runs at the rpm you listed.
your vehicle should have a tps sensor
"throttle positioning sensor" you might have to have it reset
