Sounds like you found the leak already, add a little more fluid & have someone hit the brakes while sitting to confirm. That line will need to be replaced, and system will need to be bled.

Doesn't have to be exact, pattern as old, just remove old fitting from master cylinder, match it up to new line, measure distance from where it starts to where it ends, probably at flex line behind wheel, and follow path as close as you can. Cut both ends of line for reference to take with you & match them up with line of same length or even a little longer. Careful not to kink it when bending. Keep it away from heat, and rubbing as much as possible. Like I said use old line route as example. Leave it there if you want, and secure new one to it.

Mazda MPV minivan drove about a mile andsmoke started rolling out from under hood. I went under car and it looks like a plastic container has 3 holes in it. What could this be? What's that tank?

Coolant Expansion Tank or Windshield Fluid Container

Wouldn't that be something your familiar with,
or you never check things under the hood?

Clutch drops to floor

You have a small resevoir under the hood, like the brake fluid resevoir. This holds brake fluid also for your clutch master cylinder. See that it has fluid in it. If empty, you have a leak. If full, have someone work the clutch pedal and watch from under the vehicle to see if the clutch slave cylinder is pushing the rod in and out. (Located on the passenger side transmission bellhousing)

Why am i loseing brake fluid from my 1998 jeep wrangler? i dont have a leak, but when i put on the brakes it smokes like hell from under the hood and out of the muffler?

check to see if your master cylinder is leaking into the power brake booster. the master bolts on to the booster, which is powered by engine intake manifold vacuum. if there is an internal vacuum leak in the booster, it will pull brake fluid out of the rear seal of the master cylinder, and directly into the intake manifold, causing smoke, and a terrible stench.

Brake light keeps coming on

have the brake fluid level checked in the master cylinder reservoir, low fluid level will cause the light to come on and then go off at ramdom

Emergency brake light won't go off. Now leaking fluid underneath. After driving a short distance, front fluid resevoir is almost empty...large back resevoir is low . Leaking out on the ground. Front...

this brake warning light has dual functions,1 it tell you emer brake is on 2 it tells you you have low brake fluid leval, you said you see fluid and your resivoir is low, this means you have a leak in the brake system, and should not drive untill leak is found and problem is repaired

What liquids go in each resevoir?

Coolant in 50% concentration goes into the coolant overflow bottle. Windshield wiper fluid into the wiper fluid bottle. Power steering fluid into the power steering fluid bottle.
You do not need to add any other fluids to these. Do not add water to the washer fluid bottle for example, if you drive in a climate that would allow it to freeze.

Where do i find the oil level for my clutch for a 2003 hyundai tiburon

Almost all newer vehicles have a Clutch master cylinder.
It looks like a small brake resevoir. It will be under the hood and have a cover on it. It takes brake fluid, and will tell you what kind on the lid.
It should have a low and high level line on it. (The level will get low as the clutch wears)

Don't know where to put brake fluid

First..make sure you have the right fluid..DOT number...the reseerve is on the drivers side under the hood near the back of the motor cavity.....should be made of a very translucent white platic....make absolutely sure nothing falls into the resevoir when you're adding fluid
