It is trying to tell you there is a problem with the ac system,it is most likely low on freon,but be sure to check to see if the electric fan on the radiator is coming on with the ac being turned on,if it is,have the freon level checked,if this was at all helpful,please rate,thank you.
I my understanding it is a charging coil noise when you turn on ignotion. But after noise every thing is fine no need to worry. I have a similar problem in Toyota sienna 2001. You can't remove the noise unless cahange all electrical system (Wirring) with new one. However it is expensive.
