Question about 1998 Volvo S70
I locked my car with my alarm but later went outside to check it but it wasnt locked, help please all other doors lock
Do you live in a cold environment? If so you may have some moisture in the locking mechanism causing it to become stiff. Even if you don't live in a cold area your locking mechanism may need to be lubricated. One other possibility is failure of the mechanism it self. You can find instructions to remove the inner door pannel here
Once you have the door pannel off you can inspect and lubricate the mechanism and hopefully find the issue and resolve it.
