I have 2002 Mitsubishi montero sport when i have my headlights on and turn my blinkers on tail lights go out, no dash lights either

You are mixing dual element (2 DOTS) and single element (1 DOT) bulbs.
Open ALL socket and look inside and fit the correct bulb back into the socket.

I have a 2000 mitsubishi monterio sport i have a park light out in front and i can not figure out how to get old one out could you help, thanks tony

It is a very tight fit getting those bulbs out of the corners. It is a regular twist and release socket, but you may not be able to get access to it if the fit is too tight.
The good news is the lamp comes out pretty easy if necessary. There are two bolts on top and one on the inside corner behind the grill (just held on with plastic release clips and plastic screws)
Here is a diagram, hope it helps!

Headlights

The adjustment screws/nuts should be located either on the top of the headlamp assembly, behind the headlamp assembly, or near the frame rail by the radiator support.

You will have vertical adjustment screws for each independent beam (separate highs and separate lows, but will be same screw if highs and lows are the same bulb). You may also have additional horizontal adjustment screws as well

Park your car on a level ground 30 feet from a wall and measure the height from the ground to the bulb and mark on a wall (do this for highs beams and low beams if the bulbs are separate, if highs and lows are the same bulb, only do it for the lows)

If the headlights read VOR, then aim the brightest part or cutoff part just below the mark on the wall. If it says VOL or nothing, aim them 2 inches below the mark on the wall.

Instructions on replaceing a bulb (headlight) in

Just changed mine yesterday. If you have the wiring harness out, all you need to do is unplug from harness. The bulb has three prongs. On mine the harness was actually fried and the plastic melted around the prongs. I had to pull and wiggle the bulb to disconnect. bought a new harness for $4 dollars and hooked up.
To get to the bulb you have to get to it from behind the headlight and may either have to remove the air filter cover or alarm horn to get to it. After pushing back the rubber boot, The bulb is clamped in with a spring clamp and you need to push the clamp togeather to disengage the bulb and harness.

For High Beams (if separate from low beams): Aim the headlight directly at the line you marked on the wall.
