Received some help from apprentice regarding compatibility of bluetooth to jaguar. Determined that my cell phone is compatible with 2004 s type jaguar but my used car did not come with handbook to help me program to car. How do I program and where would I get my pairing code? Without handbook to vehicle, I am lost.

i have a 2004 xjr with the telephone armrest cradle. The problem is even though i have the factory phone it's not E911 compliant. As a result when it was accidently deactivated it can no longer have service. Be on the lookout for another phone that will fit. Good luck ---- I read on a blog that the CRAVE will work by verizon but have not looked into it yet.
I have done a bit of research, your s type may not have the bluetooth fitted, here is a good site for any questions for your jaguar. http://forums.roadfly.com/forums/jaguar/jaguar_s_type/6924688-1.html
The link is a person who wants to add bluetooth to his jag, follow the thread it sounds like an expensive option$1500. Your phone maybe compatible bit only if you have the option fitted.
hope this helps
