Well,,you didnt specify whether the fan was operational or not,,the previous answers i would agree with if the fan was running,,,it could be the motion of the truck going foreward is making it blow hot air into the cab,,and when its stopped of course their would be no wind so,,,,,,

The air vents on the driver side don't blow as hard as the passenger side air vents. Someone told me that it could be a blend door problem. Any help is appreciated. Air and heat blow just fine on all...

Im really no expert on this and what not but my vehicle went through the same problem and it was as simple as a clog. I had my vehicle parked under pines trees, etc, and eventually the needles clogged up a little. So if you park it around that environment, may care to take a look.

My heater won't blow warm air if i am parked only when the car is moving

If your engine temp reads warm then your heater core is clogged. Try flushing the system. If it reads cold then u need a new thermostat

Why do I only have heat when the car is driving

Are you saying the air does not blow when the car is parked, or it switches from hot to cold ?
If it switches from hot to cold, it could be low on coolant, or a blend door may be faulty.

Heat blows cold when car is idling

You have an air pocket in the cooling system. To bled it out you will have to park vehicle on an incline or jack up the front end untill the radiator cap is higher than the heater core. The remove radiator cap and run engine until warm then hold rpm to about 1200 rpm's and top off coolant level until you have no more bubbles.

Heat blowing Cold when in drive. When in Park, it is warm

have you chg. any thing lately like thermostate? added any coolent to system? if not, thermostate could be stuck in the open position. if stuck open, setting still, it will throw heat, but moving coolent flows to fast and does not get a chance to get hot. if you did chg. thermostate it could have a air pocket in the system. and also adding coolent can create an air pockets too. you will know this when your traveling down the road and temp guage fluctuates up and down. witch means air in system.
