Question about 2004 Chevrolet Colorado
My heater and air conditioner only blows on high.
I had the same problem, but the problem was not the resistor. If I jiggle the connector, speeds 1~3 will work. Physically removed the connector and found one of the leads is burned. So, problem is either the resistor or the connector. Jiggle the connector that connects to the resistor to see if it starts to work.

Replace the blower motor speed control resistor, it is the only thing that will cause this.
