1992 Corvette won't start

I was driving down the road and my 1992 Corvette just died and acted as if it had run out of gas. I replaced fuel filter and fuel pump and have good fuel. Checked for spark in the plugs and have that. Fuel injector fuses are good. Still cranks over but will not start. Seems to try to start but stops. PLEASE HELP ME!

Just cut off while driving down road. Replaced fuel pump with new one and told it is not getting enough fuel pressure. What to do now?

Sounds like it may be the Optispark distributor. My car did the same think at 140K miles and it was the Optispark.

your distributer sensor is shot,,replace the disributer with a aip 2010 series distributer that exceeds oem,,,,and when u pull off the waterpump check on the back of it where the shaft seal is,,,,if you can see the bearings or if its lost some of the ball bearings

Have you checked the fuel pressure? I think that the fuel pressure is between 55 or 60 pounds. They won't run under 52 pounds.

Having problem with my 92 vette dieing on me in

When was the last tune up? What was changed? Coils are notorious for a non running condition. Dead cell in battery or loose battery connections can make it stall. Bad alternator also. Bad fuel filter or fuel pump. Any of these are places to start checking.

1991 Camaro RS v-6 will start but dies almost immediately

Keep it simple and replace the fuel filter first, if thr fiiler has not been replaced within 30,000 miles or 1 year. Then it's a good chance that it's going to be the fuel filter.

Most likely a lack of fuel, check the fuel filter first.

Gas

Not enough info, but check the fuel system recall they had for a number of years. Also check the fuel filter & pressure.

Fuel system 84 chev. Corvette

Jim; have you confirm the fuel pum[ is working? If it is, you should get something out of the fuel rail. Sadly. Pump is a dealer recommended repair cause the pump is more than likely in the fuel tank. Thry should changre you filter at the same time.

My truck 99 ford ranger died while driving down the road

fuel filter usually dont cause it to die and not start back, thay usually cause rough running. see if your fuel pump is running by getting in and roll up all windows so as quite as possible then cycle the key from off to run and lisen for the pump to run for 2 to 3 seconds should be a faint buzz sound if no sound is heard then replace the fuel pump relay, if no help probably going to need fuel pump
