Question about 2000 Dodge Durango
When I am under ¼ of a tank of gas, my truck will die. sometimes I cn wait a few minutes and it starts right up other times I acrually have to add gas - any suggestions
If you run you car constantly on low gas you heat up your fuel pump, gas actually act as a coolant for that pump, what you have done actually sounds like is over worked that pump. It's just not able to keep up the fuel pressure that is needed to fun the car and when you turn it off you let the fuel pump cool and then it will work This is only a suggestion but change the fuel pump and keep a little more gas in it. Hope this helps
