Remove fan belts first, then removed fan pulley bolts these are on the front center of the fan hub,,,remove these bolts.
Then remove the fan, and hub off the front of the water pump,,then remove the coolant hoses,,make sure you use a drain bucket to catch all of the antifreeze.
Then remove the water pump mounting bolts,,and gently pry off the water pump.
Then go get a new one.
Before install,,make sure you take a scraper and clean off any old gasket material first before installing the new gasket.
Then re-install the new pump.

I have a 1995 jeep wrangler. 4 cl.2.5. Anyway its leaking underneath looks like lower hose has a hole afriend thinks it's my water pump i just see water coming down looks like from the clamp

Your friend is probably correct. The pump has a "weep hole" that leaks when the seals have failed. If tightening the clamp does nothing, replace the pump.

Need to rep lace water pump on 1995 jeep cherokee straight six

START BY TAKING OFF THE FAN SHROUD. I BELIEVE THAT IT IS HELD ON BY A COUPLE OF BOLTS. THEN USING TWO WRENCHES, TAKE OFF THE FAN. THE BEST WAY TO DO THIS IS TO TAKE THE TWO WRENCHES AND USE ONE TO APPLY PRESSURE IN TH OPPOSITE DIRECTION SO THAT YOU CAN LOOSEN THE OTHER BOLTS WITHOUT THE FAN TURNING. REMOVE THE FAN CLUTCH. REMOVE THE BELT FROM THE PULLEY. REMOVE THE FAN HUB. THIS WILL ALLOW YOU TO BE ABLE TO GET TO THE WATER PUMP BOLTS. ALSO TAKE OFF THE RADIATOR HOSE GOING TO THE TOP OF THE RADIATOR AND THE OVERFLOW TUBE. INSTALLATION IS THE REVERSE OF REMOVAL.
