You'll need to make sure you have spark to the plugs, then try spraying starting fluid into the throttle body to substitute for fuel.
If it will start on starting fluid, you would need to check fuel pressure with a gauge, and check the injectors for power and ground pulse.

Truck cranks but won't fire somebody said it could be the fuel pump fuse

could be a number of things. To check fuel pump turn key to on position ready to start but don't crank it and listen for the fuel pump to whine then kick off. If you hear the pump check for spark. Your issue could be crankshaft position sensor or injector problem or a number of things. I am limited on guesses not knowing make ,model ,year , or engine displacement

Both fuel relay fuses making clicking noises under hood in 2001 dodge 2500 v8

the clicking noises you are hearing are the relays powering up, that is normal. with somebody in truck try starting itw ith somebody under truck at the gas tank, take a rubberm allet and bang on the tank in the center of it while cranking, if it starts you need a fuel pump. make sure you have gas in tank the sending unit on the fuel pumps go bad all the time.

I have a 99 ford expedition and my fuel pump stop pumping Trying to find the fuel pump fuse do not have owners manuel Where is the fuel pump fuse

Here is the manual
FUEL PUMP SHUT-OFF SWITCH After a collision, if the engine cranks but does not start, the fuel pump shut-off switch may have been activated. The "Fuel Reset" indicator light will illuminate in the instrument cluster. The shut-off switch is a device intended to stop the electric fuel pump when your vehicle has been involved in a substantial jolt. 1. Turn the ignition to the OFF position. 2. Check the fuel system for leaks. 3. If no fuel leak is apparent, reset the fuel pump shut-off switch by pushing in the reset button. 4. Turn the ignition to the ON position. Pause for a few seconds and return the key to the OFF position. 5. Make a further check for leaks in the fuel system.
The fuel pump shut-off switch is located in the passenger's foot well, behind the kick panel.

Fuel pump on 2004 pontiac grand am does not come on when car starts...checked fuses in engine compartment...turns over but doesn't fire...is this fuel pump?

Well i would change the fuel filter first. Then if that doesn't fix it there might be a reset button on the inside of the trunk for the fuel pump actually look for the reset button first. If you don't have one there is a relay switch under the hood sometimes they fail. You have three Ac,Fuel pump, door locks. The way i do it is turn the key on have some one put there hands and feel for the switch to work when you engage the power locks mark it with white tire crayon and feel for the ac when you turn it on it will still click even with the engine not running. mark that one also, Now the last one has to be the fuel pump relay turn the key on and it should click. if no click is heard? You have a bad fuel relay switch. replace it. If you feel the click and hear it? That would mean the fuel pump is bad. And these are in the tank. But please go with the easy stuff first. it might seam a waste of time checking the relays and marking them but i always fo this and mark them. cause you never know when your gonna need to find the relay something.
Good luck!
Hope i helped.

1991 Ford F-250 (again!) 4.9 liter, dual tanks. Just replaced the ignition switch on the column, replaced a fused link that went open due to the old switch shorting out. had it all put back together things...

try resetting the inertia switch located on drivers side way up under the dash, with a red button on top, maybe you kick it or hit the body hard enough to kick it off, also check the fuel pump relay under the hood drivers side ,i think brown and black relay box over wheel( inner fender)..and check the fuse, and new fuseable link
