Slacken the alternator pivot mounting bolt and the adjusting arm bolt then move the alternator towards the engine . slip the drivebelt off the alternator pulley.refitting is the revers sequence of removal, but before titgtening the muonting and adjusting arm bolt, tension the drivebelt.

'Your car is model 1989 with power steering and air condition', first remove the power steering belt- loose the clamp bolt, then loose the adjusting screw until belt is free to remove from the pulleys, then loosen the clamp bolt, 12 mm, from the alternator and loose the 14mm bolt on the alternator, now swing the alternator towards the engine block and remove the belt from the pulley.

Maza 323 radiator fan rotating direction

the direction of fan rotation will be on the motor body but check that th curved edge ( leading edge) of the fan blade is facing the radiator and that air is being pulled through th radiator. THe motors are dc operation and can spin in both directions and the fans themselves are made to fit in front of the radiator( a/c fan) and blow air through the radiator. So checking these points is necessary

Timing settings

you may have forgotten to plug the fan sender unit in on the right side of the head if it is plugged in it may of failed witch is not uncommon.
as for the timing there is actually some small marks on the head it self and on the cam pulleys, also on the crank sprocket and the block if you cant find them i can send you a diagram.
if you can find the sender unit on the side of the head unplug it and earth out the plug with a split pin if the fans come on bingo get a new sender
good luck
