My motor blower died - Nissan Pathfinder 2000 LE

I bought a new one to replace it myself, but when I connected the new one it did not work. I checked the fuses and their good. the only thing that I haven't been able to check is the motor blower relay because I don't know where is located.

Can you tell me where is the relay located for the blower motor? or can you tell me if it might be something else?

did u check the blower motor speed control resistor/module? this is the most common cause of the blower being inop, the relay is seldom at fault.

The relay should be under the hood on the firewall up by the dash there should be several relays there to check

For the screeching noise you need to replace the blower motor and for the blower motor speed you need to replace the blower motor resistor.

Heater blower/fan not working

The problem is that they have a resistor in between the wiring and the blower motor. it is usually located under the dash near the blower housing. It is a small square type gadget. It is a little hard to get at. But it can be done. If it's not under the dash it is in the wiring on the under the hood. But mostly it's on the cab under the dash.Just replace it.Good luck.

2005 pathfinder heater fan doesnt work

the blower motor is not working. a wire may have come loose, or the fuse is blown. i think on the 2005s the blower motor is located where the passengers feet go. i attempted to replace this myself, and realized before i started that it wasn't worth the 55 bucks to have someone else do it.
