did the diag test consist of pressure checking the radiator system for minimun 15 minutes to see if the pressure dropped even slight 1/2 lb psi?...did they pressure check your radiator cap to insure that it holds its pressure as well? did they check your fan to insure that is works? i"ll bet you they didnt, because theres now way that you can lose coolant that quickly without there being some kind of system leak ...being external (hoses/heater core), or internal..(timing chain freeze plug, or engine block freeze plugs or leaking head gasket/intake gaskets! you have a "very" serious problem that will lead to major repairs if not fixed quickly. Have a "block check" done on your car..this consist of a blue dye chemical which when mixed with a sample of your cars coolant will cause it to turn yellowish if it detects exhaust gases in you system..did you have your thermostat replaced?..i assume you did because you would never replace a radiator and cap without installing the most important piece in the coolant system! if your car uses Dex-cool anti freeze then im sorry to say that it might be too late! check my tips and tricks on "unexpected coolant loss"! just click on the number next across from this and it will open up my tips! good luck. let me know what you find out! thanks!

if your loosing coolant and its not dripping on the floor then the only option is you have a blown head gasket. This can be tested using what is called a chemical block test or a smog machine can sniff your coolant for fuel that isbeing pushed past the bad head gasket. This is a $2000 dollar job if the gasket is bad.
