2004 Xterra Weird Sound

When I have the brakes applied at a stop as soon as I accelerate it sounds like air brakes coming from the rear of the passenger side. Only one short burst and only from a dead stop?

Appears you have a broken or sticking calliper. It is not releasing when you take your foot off the brake.
Remove the wheel in question, and check the springs. Lubricate with penetrating oil, and retry.

Struts noise?

I would tend to believe it's more likely a worn sway bar bushing or link if it's a rattle or a small clunk, if it's a loud clunk probably a strut, try bouncing he back of the car when parked, if you get the clunk probably a strut if only when driving, turning, braking probably just a bushing on the sway bar

Hissing sound when i apply brakes and engine sputters when i come to a stop then try to accelerate

This sounds like a bad brake booster, that sounds like the hissing is when brake is applied. check the booster . thats why the engine sutters when brakes are applied, the booster starts to leak vacuum, thats where iwould start. good day

Replaced rear brake pads, now there is a hissing sound coming from brake pedal when i start it , come to complete stop and after i turn car off .what is the hissing or air pressure release sound coming...

There are 2 things that can use vacuum near the brake pedal. If you have cruise control, there is a safety switch on the pedal to shut off the curise when you apply the brake. This switch may be leaking.
The other part is the brake booster, which is actually in the engine compartment but bolts to the firewall, and your brake pedal mechanism pushes into the booster. You will need to get your head under the dash with the engine running and press on the pedal to locate the leak--on the switch or on the wall.

Clicking noise inside when braking

From your description it sounds like you have a bad CV joint, in the front.
This example shows what the CV joint, and axle together, looks like for the Drivers side. (Not advertising for these people)
