Question about 1998 Land Rover Discovery
Hi,I have a Rover 25 ixl,5 door,1600,petrol. We are having major problems with the [radiator] water runnig dry. Sometimes we can go as long as a month,at other times a few days without the [radiator] running dry. We first notice the heater is inefficient, then no water,or it is depleted somewhat. Our local garage has done numerous tests and cannot find a reason for this. They have checked for air bubbles. Can you help,we're at our wits end!!!!!!!!.
Is there any white smoke? These were bad for head gaskets but they also had problems with the inlet manifold gasket. the inlet manifold has a water jacket and gasket failure bleeds coolant into the cylinders.
