Question about 1991 Buick Park Avenue
It starts just fine when its warmer out but will not start in the cold but rolls over
If its been a while sense the last tune up i would start there. if that is not an issue then you may have to chk. coil maybe weak, cold weather brings out all weakness on mechcanical as well as electrical. now if you find all of what i said is not an issue than it could be fuel, fuel pump could be on its way out. the only sure way to know is to do a fuel pressure test, to make sure it has the correct P.S.I. for your car. your local auto parts store may do this for you, if not maybe a local michanic. either one will know the correct pressure. good luck.
