Tell me if battery dead.try turn on ignition switch see if you have dash lights and see if top dome light on look bright or look dim.if no dash lights on have battery volts check should be 12.6 volts you can use digital voltmeter if battery not dead could have corroded worn battery cables. if all is good dead alternator could be faulty. have vechicle alternator tested.have friend jump start see if vechicle starts hold a charge. if vechicle start check see if alternator output at battery is 13.5 - 14.5 volts if not alternator not charging.
If YOU CAN DRIVE IT,GO TO aUTOZONE,THEY WILL TEST YOUR ALTERNATOR FOR FREE,TAKES JUST A FEW MINUTES.

sound like you are not getting the right fuel pressure you need to check the fuel pressure hit the tank in the center with a hammer and se if it runs if it does you need a pump

What you need to do is check you fuel pressure. Go to a local auto parts store and buy a fuel injection pressure tester. The pressure fitting is on the top of the motor its a 3/8 ish sized metal line and has a screw on fitting like a tire valve does. This line comes up from the back of the motor to the right of the distributor and goes down into the intake. Make sure to have a rag handy to catch the fuel seepage. After you connect the pressure tester turn the key on and off three times and read the gage you should have atleast 58 pounds of pressure. If you have 56 pounds it won't run because the fuel injectors are a poppit valve style and need atleast 58 pounds of pressure to operate.

Can you jumper the fuel pump and make it start and continue to run ?
Have you checked to see if you are getting spark when it won't start ?
Could be a relay or coil, ignition module, or other component.
