Question about 1985 Honda Prelude
Hi, is there a special heater fan fuse besides the obvious ones located under the hood and under driver's side dash? heater was full of rodent nest and made noise and quit after awhile. have checked normal fuses - should i just try and replace it or ...? thanks in advance from the oregon coast where we're going nuts w/out defrost! -kitty
I have not worked on your model of car, sorry. However there should be a fuse and a relay to deliver the power to the motor. Check that the motor is working by puting a live feed to the live side of the motor. If the motor works, trace the wiring back to the next connection and do a connectivaty test with your multi meter, keep tracing the wiring from connection to connection until you find the fault. However if the motor fails to work , then the motor is at fault. If you got yourself a workshop manual from Autodata or Haynes Manuals you will find that the wiring loom has easy to follow diagrams and will save you a lot of time.
