Change your ignition key module and that will fix the problem. Problems with key modules can be attributed to the weight of the owners key ring. Some people have massive key rings with all sorts of gadgets on them causing them to become very heavy. This puts an unexpected load on the key module and the load can double with it swinging from side to side ect... Best advise, keep the key ring simple and light.
it may need a little adjust in the ignition switch not the key cylinder but the electric switch it is located in the steering column under dash and is hold by two screws you will need a 5/16 wrench to loose these screws and push the switch a little to the front then tight the screws
i hope this help you fix it i'll be happy to assist you if you have further questions please let me know if this was useful.
Probably the motor failed and needs replaced. sometimes you can turn key on, Push switch up and smack the door panel with your hand and get it to roll up. rest assured if that works it may not work twice
