Have 96 geo metro 1.0

have 96 geo metro 1.0 changed timing belt ,plugs ,plug wires , cap ,rotor,fuel filter ,fuel pump,map sensor ...engine ran great in car that i took it out of but only idles in the car that i just put it in...no power on accelerarion and some backfiring ..any help would be appreciated
