Question about 1999 Ford Taurus
There is a restriction some where Check radiator and heater core have system FLUSH. can be done by removing thermostat and drain radiator replace with water add a 10 minute FLUSH can be bought from Auto zone and let vehicle run for 10 minutes and then drain. At this time you should also disconnect heater core hoses( 2 black hoses going into fire wall) using garden hose flush Core out. More than likely its clogged(MAY even be disconnect if you are NOT their original owner . Refill the system when finished with a 50/50 mixture of antifreeze and water and replace thermostat run as usual and your problem should be solved. Good Luck contact if you need more help.
