Most likely a bad turnsignal switch, AKA multifunction switch. Try to wiggle the hazard switch on top of the column, with headlighst on, if anything flikers while wiggling this will be bad part.

My left blinker blinks very slowly and wont blink at all with headlights on, right one works fine. Also green turn arrow lights on dash when you turn on headlights?????

It is hard to say for certain without knowing the year, make, and model of the vehicle, but I would look for wiring problems in the steering column and blinker switch, especially if the headlights and blinkers are both controlled from that location.

My brake lights would not shut off,I had to use hazards to get home. Then they stopped blinking and also my turn signals done the same. 95 nissan hardbody pickup 2-wheel drive

Possibly the brake light switch, and if the blinker lights just stay on when you turn them on, and don't blink , could be your blinker relay.

Turn signal blinker problem. They work properky

sounds like wiring.or there may be a plate in the steering wheel.the plate in the steering wheel seems more plausible because wiring on both sides is less wouldn't hurt to check the wiring as far as you can to the rears though.any brake lights work?

Generally means that a bulb is out.
When a bulb blows, then the blinker has less electrical resistance, so the blinker works at a faster pace.
Have someone in the car as you inspect all lights.
.... and! As long as you have an assistant, check the headlights, stop lights, license plate light, brake lights, emergency flashers ....

No Turn Signal Operation (blinker)The turn signal lights in your car are a basic electrical system that controls the front and rear blinker lights to alert the intended direction of the vehicle. We have listed some of the most common problems and repair troubleshooting tips below:
Troubleshooting Procedure
To start troubleshooting this problem:
  • Turn the key to the on position (do not start engine)
  • Inspect the system fuse located in the fuse panel and replace if needed. If you cannot find the location of the blinker fuse consult your owner's manual or an online repair manual
  • When a blinker flasher fails it can cause blinker lights to say on, not blink, or not go on at all. To test the blinker system flasher, remove the flasher unit and insert a jumper wire between the two terminals. If blinker stays on in both directions without blinking, replace the flasher. If you cannot find the location of the blinker flasher consult your owners manual or an online repair manual.
