Question about 1996 BMW 318
The blower continues to run when I turn the car off. This is causing problems in the mornings when I get up to go to work with getting the car cranked. I have had the alternator and battery checked and they are both fine. Any suggestions?
I am assuming you are talking about the blower for the a/c. There is a blower resistor aka final stage located under the glove box. If you remove the lower cover under the glove box and look to your left and down on the left side of the a.c case you should see the final stage. The can get stuck either on or off or at 1 speed.

Hi! Check the switch and the circuit that controls the blower motor, they are defective.
