Question about 2000 Oldsmobile Intrigue
Check your battery terminals. If it's anything like mine, then your positive (+) terminal is gone/bad.
I've replaced batter on mine 3 times so far, all thanks to the (+) terminal being bad.

It is common for the ignition switch key sensor barrel assmebly needs to be replaced and reprogrammed. the sensor fails as car gets older.
