Question about 2006 Hyundai Sonata
Vent control solenoid is stuck shut not allowing vapors to leave tank also check charcoal canister for fuel saturation

It sounds like your tank is airlocking. Each tank has a vent pipe on top and if that is blocked or kinked you will only be able to fill very slowly. Check that your tank can breathe.

We have an "04 Suzuki Verona that does the same thing, we have found that it is not the station as much as it is the angle that the tank inlet is on. When you put the gas nozzle in, it fills with some air to replace the gas comming out of the nozzle. Unless you find a place that has a higher pressure pump, you are in a long and "Clicking Off" ownership when it time to pump gas. For the record, I have noticed that if I chose the lowest setting on the handle, the pump will ussually fill about $10 at a time. two or three of those, and its a done deal. Hope this helps you.
