The vacuum lines running to your heater box under the dash isn't opening the different doors that allow it to change from defrost to dash to floor all this is under the dash and you'll have to get under there and see which one is leaking or disconnected

Location of radiator fan fuse or fuse link ? Fan doesn't work.

Both should be a fuse under the hood, or under the dash, if there is a fuse link, it will be along the hot side of the wiring on the fan leading into source of power.

Have a 2009 liberty, climate fan runs on high always, doesn't reduce speed. Also vent positions won't change direction of air

IF FAN RUNS ON HIGH ONLY AND STOPS ON ALL OTHER SPEEDS THE FAN CONTROLLER (REOSTAT) IS BAD,THE VENT POSITIONS IS A BAD SWITCH ON DASH OR BAD ACUATOR MOTOR ON VENT DOORS

My heater is not blowing any air out in front.

You would need to know if the blower motor is running or not.
If it is and no air is coming out the vents, could be a blocked cabin air filter or a problem with one of the blend doors under the dash.
The blend doors direct air flow thru the heater core and ac evaporator as well as the vents.

My 05 Z71 tahoe blows air out of the front defrost vents no matter what setting its on. Also my check engine light is on.

The first thing I would do is have the computer checked for trouble codes. The codes will point you in the right direction to look for the problem. The codes may be for something other than the vent problem.
The air is directed thru the heater core and evaporator core and also to the correct vents by blend doors in the ductwork under the dash. They are usually controlled by small electric motors.

1996 Chevy Astro A/C heater air vents will not blow air

the blower motor is under the hood on the pass side. u have to remove the wiper and radiator bottles and also the head light. than take out the 7 bolts that hold the blower motor in than u have to remove the squirel cage before the motor will come out. or it could be the Blower Motor Resistor.

How do i remove the fan wheels from my 92 accord heater motor?

Difficult to describe without pics, but…:
Once you’ve removed the glove box (I assume you’ve done this, and maybe you already have the motor out, in which case you can ignore most of this down to the underlining)
If the vehicle is equipped with air conditioning, remove the strap bolt (between the two nuts for the evaporator on the left and the two nuts for the blower housing (the housing is probably white) on the right, just a bit lower than those) then the blower under-cover and the three blower housing retaining nuts (two nuts at the top, already mentioned, and the nut at the bottom, which is roughly between the evaporator on the left and the blower housing cover on the right).
Pull the housing out far enough to unplug the electrical connectors (at the lower right edge, right above the kick panel) and remove the blower assembly housing.
If you’re replacing the blower motor itself, or either of the blower fan wheels, separate the two halves of the housing, remove the motor, remove the retaining clip(s) and remove the fan wheel(s). Easier said than done in may cases. The wheels, from heat and cold over many years, become very set on the blower rod. You'll have to work them off using whatever break-free lube you can find to do it, and a good deal of slight twisting, etc.
Installation is reverse. Then check for proper operation, before you put them back.
Hope this is at least helpful.

No air coming out of vents when air is turned on. the fuses are all ok

2 things come to mind: can you hear the fan turning?

if not check for power at fan location. If there is power and the fan isnt spinning replace the fan. If there is no power
there is a problem with the fan circuit which includes wiring fuse (you stated were ok) and Fan speed switch (might be a module)

Or there is a blockage it is possible for your heater core and evaporator to plug up with dust .

On a 92 chevy caprice my car sounds likes it's

YOUR MECHANICS DOESN'T DISCONECT THE SPARK TIMMING CONNECTOR BEFORE SET TIMMING. IT IS LOCATED JUST BELOW THE TPS SENSOR AND CAN BE OF ONE OR TWO CABLES
