Some how you have to take off the motor mount. I am taking a break from my 1995 buick lasabre now. The belt has to go under the motor mount to start out and route around after that.

Sort of, look at the belt closely before you remove it to make sure the belt is not looped through the motor mount. On some makes there is a motor mount that is attached to the sidewall of the vehicle and this mount must be removed to remove and reinstall the belt, otherwise, yes it is that simple. Make sure you know how the belt goes back on. There should be a diagram under the hood for the belt routing. Or you can grab a sheet of paper and draw it yourself. If you do attempt to change it and the motor mount must be removed, you have to support the engine weight with a jack before removing the mount. Be careful and please let me know if this was helpful.

1995 buick lesabre getting a loud constant noise from alternator could it be that i need a new pulley

You might just need a fan bellt or serpentine belt, get an empty spray bottle mix a small amount of
dish soap and water, spray on belt, then start your engine if the noise stops just replace your belt.,
if it does'nt it could be another pulley or the tensioner pulley, then i would suggest removing the belt
and spin each pulley to determine which one is making the noise. if it turns out to be the alternator, you
will have to replace the whole thing. they don't normally sell just the pulley, and even if you can get one
requires special equipment to pull it off, if needed just replace it and save yourself time and trouble.
plus parts normally come with some kind of warranty. good luck!

My engine accessory belt came loose on a 98 buick lesabre with a 3800 engine. Can I loosen Alternator so it can slip back on?

There should be a TENSION PULLEY/ARM that accepts a large (3/4"?) wrench or cresent wrench. You rotate the pulley in the direction to loosen (its' tension) and get the belt back in place.
Sometime if the belt has ridden off the pulleys it will need to be replaced. Turn it so the "teeth" are on the outside and see if there are cracks in the rubber. Also look for wear marks on the pulleys or "rubber" that has come off the belt.

motor mount does not need to be removed. there is an idler pulley which can be lifted up using a socket and long bar. the belt relaxes and is easily removed and replaced.

Loosen the serpintine belt on 95 buick lesabre

I'm sure you got it figured out by now, but I just did this today. the belt can be given slack by placing a ratchet on the belt tension pulley (the smaller one located to the left of the alternator) and applying counterclockwise pressure. This will give you enough slack to remove the belt. It is helpful to draw a little diagram of the belt configuration, so when you put on the new one, you get all the directions right.
