Need to remove the drivers door upper speaker frame that is just across from the side view mirror.
Do I have to remove the inside door panel to be able to remove the upper speaker frame in order to get to the side view mirror bolts?
No you do not, there will be a small plastic cover over the door mounted tweeter.
Squeeze it with your fingers and you should be able to pop it right off.
There are two screws on the speaker and the others should be visible on removal of the speaker itself.
I suggest you bring a soldering iron or a pair of wire cutters because the speaker wiring is soldered on the speaker and the speaker will not fall back through the speaker frame.
