Question about 2006 Chevrolet Silverado 3500
WHEN DRIVING THE DRIVERS DOOR SENSOR SAYS DOOR IS OPEN AND THE INTERIOR LIGHTS COME ON AND OFF AND THE DOOR LOCKS OPEN AND CLOSED WHATS WRONG
It is likely that you have a loose connection at the sensor somewhere between the sensor and the computer. Start by checking the terminations at the door sensor, and if they are tight, use a ohmeter and check the contact resistance for the switch in both open and closed positions. It could be that the switch is shot.
