Question about 2005 Honda Civic
Hi - My 2005 Honda Civic LX this morning gave me a little scare. The Dashboard had nothing working when I started the car. All of the items that it reads were at the bottom as if there was no gas, no heat, no speed etc. The light for the dashboard worked and the heat came on after the car warmed up. I thought of this as what would I do if my computer was not moving or stuck and I restarted the car. Then everything was working properly on the dashboard. Does anyone have an idea on if this is an ongoing problem with Honda, should I bring the car in? This was the 1st time this happened to me and it was the coldest morning of the year if that matters. I live in New Jersey. Thanks for reading......Barry
Cold weather sometimes wreak havoc with a vehicles electrical systems. Could have had a minor connection issue. There are no outstanding Honda Service Bulletins reporting ongoing issues like this.
