Question about 1998 Chevrolet Cavalier
Turn the key on and try to start the engine it should start than stall, leave the ignition on for approx 10 min the security light will flash when it stops flashing turn the car off and then repeat this procedure after the third try the theft system will attempt to relearn the security data, if it is valid it will then start if not you will nee someone with a tech 2 scanner (gm shop) to help you out
