Question about 1999 Dodge Caravan
It is the coldest here it has been in years -23 celcius. When I started my 1999 Dodge Caravan LE the service engine soon light stayed on. Could the cold have anything to do with this? Also it is time for an oil change. Please help.
When it got real cold outside my temp light, gas gauge, and my speed meter don't work, can you tell me what is a TCM on my van I had it trouble shoot at the store but the guy didn't know what it means = it was a P1698
