Finally, disconnected the battery so all of us, including the neighbors, could sleep. Earlier in the evening had another electrical problem. The cooling fan wouldn't turn off after turning the car off even though the temperature is in the low 30s, so I (Rob) removed the relay, which fixed that problem. Now, I'm wondering if there is a connection. Could removing the fan relay have precipitated the problem with the horn blowing and the lights flashing?

Glad to hear that you are all fixed up!
The sunroof leak is caused by a blockage in the drain tubes. Please make sure that your dealer cleans the sunroof drains.
A FixYa rating (4 blue diamonds) would be greatly appreciated for my assistance. Thanks!

jasonjacob1 is right. If the air from the A/C is not cool, the only cause is low or empty refrigerant. This means that the gas that your vehicle uses to produce cool air is gone from the system. The solution is not to recharge the system but to locate and fix the leak, then recharge the system.

there are two a/c lines that run down the fire wall under the van to the rear.right around the bottom of the fire wall the is a connection point on both lines. you will find a leak there .replace the orings and recharge system. also you will need two specail toyota tools to release the couplings.i have done this repair on several sienna's. let me know if this helps.

If the engine temprature does not reach the normal level as it used to, it may be the coolant thermostat.
Iif it does, it could be air diverter gates not working properly, cold air blowing at a a light could point to that. The diverter gates are located under the dash.
It also coul be the valuve that controls the water to the heater core, but unlikely cause of the cold air at a light.

Hello, I am a tec. from Puerto Rico your problem does sound like the magnetic clutch. It is located directly on the compresor, over here we change them for around $150 including materials and work.
