Question about 2000 Dodge Grand Caravan
Had to disconnect battery in order to perform a time consuming repair on a 2000 Dodge Grand Caravan. Replaced negative cable. Turned ignition key and ... nothing except a single relay click that coincided with the turn of the key. Interior lights, horn, sidelights, high beams and dashboard lights function, however, no power windows nor headlights. Repair work was done with meticulous care. All components snugged in place with correct torque requirements etc. New battery. Could a fusible link have blown? PCM? Reset switch somewhere? Your input is appreciated. Thank you, David
12.7v and 12,4v indicate a flat battery. Charge it.

No preferences as to charger, as long as it has trickle charge option (slower, but better for battery). Would like to see battery load test done by parts store to see battery condition, but a simple charge may be it. Let me know how it goes, hopefully you will have it up and running soon.
