if you have them out of the bulbs out of the vehicle, then you can take them to a parts store, like Autozone of NAPA. they should be able to either get or identify the bulbs for you. It sounds like a problem with you coil pack or bad spark plug wires..You can test the spark plug wires by taking a spray bottle of water at night and spray the wires with the car running if you see sparks , replace the wires..If not ...replace the coil pack .This shouuld do the trick. Good luck!

You need at least 10.5 volts in the electrical system for the ignition keys to release from the switch. Be careful that you don't damage the ignition switch, or your going to have to replace it if the passlock system is damaged. Good luck and boost the battery to get the keys out of the switch.
I would suspect a bad 'tensioner' pulley. When you get the new belt on, try to pull up on the uppermost part of the belt by hand - if it moves you should replace the tensioner (as this is what 'holds' your belt on). I can't seem to find a routing diagram so if it's not on a sticker under the hood or in your owner's manual try the local GM dealer...they have to have one. Good luck!.
