IT WILL NOT START!!

    Thanks for answer I will check them tomorrow let me give a little more info if i hold it to start it will pop maybe once then it just turns over if i do short starts with it acts like it wants to start then if i let it sit for awhile go out to start it again some times it will start up but shut right back down then i have to go right back to the short starts but never does start?

First thing check your fuel pressure.if you have good fuel pressure check fire to your plugs.let me know. PHIL

    If you hold the accelerator all the way to the floor, it shuts off the fuel to the engine. In cold weather sometimes they flood very easy. If there's any chance it could be flooded(if you smell fuel) hold the accelerator to the floor till it starts and then let off of it after it clears out. Thanks for writing back. Are you missing fuel pressure or spark when it fails to start ?
Could be a relay or several other things.

1998 ford taurus wagon, would not start this morning. no clicking or noise at all


sounds like a dead battery, have battery tested or trun on headlights if you have bright headlights then its not battery, check connections and starter it may be bad start there, good luck.
