You mean the resister block for the heater fan then... if that's the case... locate the fan motor... follow the duct work from there.. it won't be far away from the fan.

I have a 2006 trail blazer i have already determined there is a power draw but can't find the location of resistor pack. i thought it was mounted on fire wall in engine compartment. aldo once i lo

I assume you are talking about the resistor pack for the blower motor. It is mounted near the blower motor behind the glovebox.
Why are you suspecting the resistor pack is the cause of the battery drain? There are other things that can cause parasitic drain, such as vanity mirror light, glovebox light, underhood light, Onstar module. An Ammeter needs to be hooked up to the battery to monitor the current drain and then fuses need to be pulled until the excessive current is located.

2005 Chevy Trailblazer fan only works on settings 2 and 3. Is the relay going bad and where is it located?

This not the relay, the problem is probably the blower motor resistor pack or the wiring connector for it. These are located near the blower motor behind and below the glovebox.

Where is the blower motor and resistor located on a2006 trailblazer

{: ) The front blower motor is located beneath the right side of the Instrument Panel (dashboard), just behind the glovebox. The resistor is just on the near left, mounted on the HVAC casing. Just trace the wire from the blower motor and the other end will lead you to the resistor block.

My lower fan speed don't work except for the high, the fan high speed stay highest

Hello sanjuis24
It sounds like you've got a bad blower motor resistor. The resistor is located under the right side of
the dash at the blower motor. A new resistor is not very expensive and it's a fairly easy DIY.
Hope this is helpful

I have a 2003 trailblazer EXT LT. the front AC/ Heat controls work when they want to. they fan will run after the car has been turn off for as much as 3 hours. or it will not work at all. I checked the fan...

If you have automatic climate control, replace your blower control module, behind the glovebox.
If it's manual, replace blower motor resistor assembly, same location.

Where is the blower resistor located?

Under the glove box. Will need to remove the plastic piece that runs along the underside of the glovebox. You'll need to unscrew the resistor at this point. Also, need to open the glovebox and release the spring on the back of it, to turn the entire door for the glovebox upside down. It's in an opening on the bottom left when open, feel in there, it's a little metal spring loaded hook. Release this and the glovebox will drop down. When this is done, you can access th blower resistor module electrical connector.
