After it does start, no more problems rest of day.
Replace the wire between the coil and distributor (part of a spark plug wire set). It is just about worn through. I give this a 95% probability that it's the problem.

Car not starting or turning over indicates towards multiple possibilities.
It can be issue with battery or weak battery. But if battery checks out ok, then
it can be starter issue or faulty alternator or problem with low fuel pressure
or no spark at spark plugs due to dirty spark plugs or faulty
ignition coil or injectors getting cracked or dirty and needs to be cleaned.
To confirm the problem, the basic troubleshooting is required.

Had the exact same problem. It is 90% likely the spark plug wires, specifically the one from the coil to the distributor cap. I had same symptom. That one wire goes through more heat (+ fulltime electrical current) than the indiv spark plug wires, and wears faster. The moisture increases the resistance, which is often a greater issue at start-up than while running. My coil wire was burned through when I checked it; replacing that one wire fixed everything.
try to clean andmake sure that the connections to the choke control are tight and clean , clean the rotor under the cap maybe weak spark?
