Yes u have to replace the headlight assemblies, the plastic seam welds are leaking, there is no way to repair them, cheaper aftermarket units (about 1/2 the cost) may be avail form I have used their parts and they are high quality and as good as the originals. I looked them up $130 each, here is a link to the page:

Fix the water leak first. Got a sun roof? Water in the BCM will cause all sorts of funny things, to included not letting you car start and run. Fix that leak first( Like today or tomorrow), then find your BCM(body control module) , pull it out and remove the cover around it. Wipe it off with a cloth, use a blow dryer and dry it up use the dryer to dry out the plugs also, then wipe it off again with another cloth. You let moisture set in it too long, it could kill it...

92 Honda Accord Wont Start After Rain (especially mornings)

Good Morning,
Check for moisture in the Distributor and use a blow dryer to dry it out. You may want to consider changing your Spark Plug wires to a "Moisture Resistant" type. Please let me know if this helps you and thank you for using FixYa!

This is always caused by moisture getting into the headlight lens assembly, the surface of the bulb is about 500 degree's, if any moisture even a tiny bit gets on the bulb is cracks the glass and the filament burns out, the leak will be in the electro-static seal weld of the lens edge and is a common concern on all models of cars that use a plastic lens and separate bulb setup. Solution replace the headlight lens, they are cheap and can be bought from, about $60.00
